Dr. Luke Soong

With over 16 years of experience in medical practice and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Soong brings a depth of expertise to emergency care. An ACEM Fellow with extensive experience across SEQ which includes Mater Hospital Brisbane, Mater Private Hospital Brisbane, and Queensland Health sites including Ipswich Hospital and Princess Alexandria Hospital. He previously served as the Director of Emergency Medicine Training at Mater Hospital Brisbane and Director of Emergency Medicine at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane.

His specialist interests and experience include trauma, paediatrics and leveraging virtual medicine/telemedicine to improve access to emergency care for all Australians.

Dr. Soong is committed to improving access to emergency care for all Australians, and he believes every patient deserves timely, expert, and compassionate care close to home.
