When to see us for treatment
You may need assessment for a work-related injury if you experience:
- Pain, swelling or reduced movement after an incident at work
- Sprains or strains
- Cuts, wounds or minor burns
- Back, neck or shoulder pain
- Suspected fractures
- Joint swelling, bruising or discomfort
- Eye irritation or a possible foreign body
- Symptoms that develop hours or days after the event
- Pain that is not improving with rest or simple medication
Our emergency specialists assess and treat workplace injuries, including cuts, sprains, strains, and exposure incidents. On-site X-ray, CT, and pathology services support rapid diagnosis and WorkCover documentation for eligible patients. Consultations are privately billed; all diagnostics are bulk billed for eligible patients.
For serious injuries or high-impact trauma, please attend the nearest Emergency Department.
What we treat
Evaluation and Assessment
We take a history of what occurred, examine the affected area and arrange on-site tests or imaging when needed to understand your injury clearly.
Injury Management
Your treatment plan may include wound care, splinting, supportive bandaging, pain relief or guidance on modifying activity while you recover.
WorkCover Documentation
We can provide initial medical certificates and clinical notes to help you start your WorkCover claim with confidence.
On Site Diagnostics
X-ray, CT, ultrasound and pathology are available on site and bulk billed for eligible patients, helping us reach a timely diagnosis.
Referral to Allied Health or Specialists
If you need ongoing care from physiotherapists or specialists, we can outline the next steps and support a smooth handover.
